Job Responsibility

The candidate must be able to support the team design and manage sustainable innovation programs, and do coaching/advisory work with highly innovative businesses/clients, in all sorts of sectors. 

 

Qualifications

We seek a young, self-propelled, visionary and pragmatic person, demonstrating exceptional motivation, passion, character, competence, ecological and social intelligence, entrepreneurship, at ease when working with top management levels, independent, able to work in teams, curious, flexible, able to solve problems and challenges leveraging a sustainability perspective, and with excellent communication skills with multiple tools and styles (verbal, written, new technologies) + quantitative, analytical, project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken, are needed. 

The focus of our work is radical innovation driven by sustainability principles, and we are ready to provide the training opportunities to develop the specific competence in a rapidly evolving field.

If you encompass most or all of these characteristics and furthermore you do not consider yourself a classic ‘consultant' (we look for paradigm shifters rather than the ‘status-quo optimizers’), please respond immediately.

 

Duration of intership:

6 or 12 months

 

Commitment

From monday to friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.
